As I'm sure you have noticed --- the look of the blog has changed a bit. I felt it was necessary, since I associated the old look with my past life.
During my absence I graduated from law school!!! ( YAY)
... and am now studying for the dreaded Bar Exam ( BOO)
But, i miss by blog dearly, and as it approaches midnight, I wanted to drop a quick note letting you know I will be posting again.

Life Changes....
As I'm sure you have noticed, I have been MIA and I will be MIA for at least a couple more months.
Recently, my engagement came to an end and I am adjusting to the changes. Part of those changes means not having a kitchen at my disposal for a few months.
As soon as I am settled in, or at least of somewhat regular access to a kitchen I will resume posting.
Ideally, a refreshed soul and mind.

Pinkberry at home, pinkberry to go
I don't know about the rest of you, but I am quite the fan of Pinkberry frozen yogurt. There is something about its smoothness and creaminess. But, the price is quite a deterrant. So, I set about to making my own version at home.
Simple, quick, clean eating. I don't have to worry about whether or not its made from real dairy, is really non fat, or is using fruit or "fruit essence" because I know exactly what I'm putting in it.
This time I wanted to make nonfat mango frozen yogurt. It was ah-mazing.
In a blender put one cup nonfat plain organic yogurt, and 2 -3 pieces of frozen mango halves from Trader Joes. Blend till combined and savor.
On another note. I was thinking about doing something unique for my wedding. What about having Pinkberry set up a dessert station?
I need to find out how much that would cost.....
